Each school serves the district by tracking all Columbia County School District records (administrative & campus records) from their creation to their disposal. While maintaining Columbia County School District records, the school staff researches the information and retrieves records for departments, schools, and the public as needed.
Do not complete this form for a records request or records transfer to another high school or school system. If you need to transfer records to another school, please exit this form by using the blue button below. This will return to the CCSD website and you can contact the school directly.
All requests for transcripts / verification / enrollment history can be submitted and paid for online or (walk-in with money order). NOTE: No phone, email or fax requests are accepted.
No same day service is available.
Charges will apply when ordering student documents. Please note the information below:
- Requests will be processed within 2 to 5 business days of receipt. Due to the high volume of requests and vast amount of records this is not always possible.
- Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM). Click the appropriate link button to request information.
You will receive a confirmation email when your request is received. Once your order has been processed by the Registrar and mailed, your payment will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. If the record you are requesting is not available, you will receive an automated email denying the order and another email from the Registrar with details about the problem. Your credit or debit card will not be charged if your records request cannot be fulfilled.

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. All communication with regard to your order, payment, our progress, and the records delivery will be sent via email.

- For replacement diplomas or copies of diplomas, contact Herff Jones at teamroderick@herffjones.com or 912-764-9314. Replacement diploma requests require a copy of your official high school transcript as proof of graduation to process.
- Current high school students should use their GA Futures account to request transcripts be sent to colleges and universities.
- SAT scores may be requested from College Board or by calling 866-756-7346.
- ACT scores may be requested from ACT or by calling 319-337-1270.
- General Equivalency Diplomas (GED) may be ordered by calling 800-946-9433
